Partner - Business Development

Jeremy Chapman brings more than 15 years of excellence in Business Development to our team.  He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, with a major in Marketing and a minor in International Business.  Jeremy is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Partner - Engineering & Technology

Colin Derhammer brings more than 15 years of Engineering leadership to our team.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, and was recognized as a NABCEP Certified Professional in 2011.

Donna Jones

Partner - Structuring, Due Diligence & Finance

Donna Jones brings more than 20 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, and more than a decade of expertise in clean energy.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accountancy.  Donna was licensed by the state of Ohio as a CPA in 2003, and was recognized as a finalist in the Cincinnati Business Courier's CFO of the Year award in 2012.

Collectively our team brings more than 30 years of solar development experience to each and every project.  Our vision is a clean energy economy that improves the lives of the communities and states in which we work.  Our mission is to make that possible with each project that we bring to life.  Our core values include integrity, service excellence, and innovation.
